Based in Melbourne’s CBD fringe, City West Water provides world-class clean drinking water and sewerage services to over 1 million customers and 40,000 businesses in Melbourne’s CBD and the growing western suburbs.
We are proud to serve the city that has been awarded world’s most liveable time and time again, and are working hard to support our customers through the challenges of population growth and a changing climate.
We are creating an organisation that is as vibrant and diverse as the community we serve, as we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
This position ensures City West Water has a risk based system approach in place to manage risks to drinking water and recycled water quality that delivers exceptional services to our customers and benefits the community. This will be achieved by leading, implementing and monitoring the management systems performance for City West Water’s drinking water and recycled water schemes. It ensures that risk is responsibly managed and regulatory standards are met or exceeded.
Reporting to the Product Quality Team Leader, the position will provide technical, auditing, reporting and facilitation skills to City West Water employees responsible for the production, delivery and continuous systems improvement of City West Water’s HACCP certified drinking water and recycled water systems.
Whilst not essential, a Certificate in Food Safety Management System (ISO2200 or HACCP) will be looked upon favourably.
