The Company

The Role
This roleis key to thedelivery ofthe LAND 121 Phase 4project inourLand VehicleSystems Branch (LVSB) Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence. You will oversee andcoordinatetechnical aspects of theproject, as well assomepeople management and team leadership responsibilities,and act asa mainpoint of contact with the client. A focus on building relationships, managing KBR's partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.
Additionallythis role will have responsibility for budgeting and cost management of theproject, as well asrisk management, reporting, governance and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
  • Experience inmanagement of deliverables-based projects
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience within Defence and/or Defence Industry
  • A background in engineering with relevant qualification(s)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional project management qualifications highly desirable
  • Experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) planning and test execution (Desirable)
  • Australian Citizen witha current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one
