The opportunity

This newly created role leads and drives the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Sewage Quality Management System (ISQMS) established by the Metropolitan water businesses.

Operating at an industry level, the role supports a Steering Group and Management Group and is accountable to the Chair of the Sewage Quality Steering Group, which is currently held by City West Water.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A demonstrated knowledge of general risk management principles

  • Knowledge of implementing HACCP principles related to ISO 22000 management systems

  • Experience with document management and control

  • Sound computer knowledge and a proficiency in MS Office Programs

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and an ability to compose clear, concise written material 

  • Strong program and project management skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science or equivalent
