We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team based in Adelaide, SA with approximately 1 week per month interstate travel. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary function of your role will be to carry out day to day service, maintenance and/or installation activities on our Laboratory Diagnostics Instruments and Diagnostic and therapeutic imaging machines with minimal supervision ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction, quality and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be technical or university trained with a current Radiation license and electrical license. Experience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities on relevant technologies is also required for this position. A strong communicator and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure your success in this role. Willing and able to be interstate for 1 week per month each month.
