Senior Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer

About the role
  • Plan, develop and deliver services to clients using advanced and efficient systems engineering and assurance practice, particularly in the rail industry as part of a multi-disciplinary integrated project team
  • Liaison with design and construction teams for collation and management of evidence and preparation of compliance statements
  • Develop Safety Requirements, System Safety Management Plans and Safety Cases
  • Safety Assurance planning and management including Hazard Log and risk registers
  • External interface hazard analysis activities, Internal and External Hazard and Control transfers management

About You
  • Ability to work both independently and within a flexible team environment.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Tertiary Qualified Engineering degree
  • Experience working on large Rail, Civil or Infrastructure Projects
