  • 1x Permanent full-time + multiple temporary full time between 1 and 3 years
  • Salary in the range of $96,475 to $103,931 per annum excluding superannuation.
  • Total remuneration up to $118,576 per annum (including Super)

In the role of Senior Engineer (Civil) you will project manage the pre-construction and / or construction of multiple road infrastructure projects. You will provide extensive technical expertise and administer contracts to support the design, construction and maintenance processes.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities required:

  • Experience in providing reports on the progress of works including actual and forecast of expenditure.
  • Extensive experience in applying program/project management principals to lead the delivery of high value infrastructure projects.
  • Undertake tendering and estimating activities to support the effective development and delivery of road infrastructure projects. 
  • Ability to manage the development of project plans and design budget in the project development phase and monitor the provision of design services against the budget.
  • Ability to successfully manage networks and alliances of stakeholders and manage the expectations and issues of all parties.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent Civil Engineering qualification which is accepted by Engineers Australia.
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
