  • Formulating medium to long term strategies and training requirements for E&I maintenance and reliability, to meet legislative requirements.

Please Note: This is a standard full-time, Monday to Friday position. However, as the plants operate 24/7 there will be occasional instances of being called upon outside of normal working hours.

A working knowledge of explosion protection techniques for electrical equipment will be highly regarded.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Initiative and a results-first mentality to drive continuous improvement across a number of different areas;
  • A passion for taking a hands on approach with plant operations;
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to credibly engage with stakeholders of all levels (from floor staff to senior management);
  • A collaborative approach to your work, with a team-player mindset;
  • A can-do attitude, a deep sense of ownership and an unflinching desire to see tasks and projects through to completion;
