Combine your experience in capital program management with your knowledge of asset management to join a specialist team managing Council's assets.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering the Capital Program Management function of the Asset Planning Team. This involves leading the team of Asset Officers in the scoping, client-side project management & capitalisation of capital projects as well as being responsible for the development of the annual & 4-year capital works program and pursuit of grant opportunities.
The role reports to the Manager Asset Planning and sits in the Asset Planning team, an innovative & energetic team that is committed to the sustainable management of Council’s $1B infrastructure portfolio for the benefit of our Community. The Asset Planning team is responsible for management of the infrastructure network of Shellharbour and shaping the annual Capital Works Program which is commonly valued between $20-30M.
