About the opportunity
The Section Leader (SL) for our Water Resources group, based in South Brisbane, supports the Water Director of Operations and provides people and technical leadership to the Central (Ade), West (WA) and Northern (Queensland) Water Performance Unit.
As a Section Leader you will cultivate innovative team behaviours that drive vision & purpose to ensure we identify and anticipate the needs of our clients. You will support the Water Resources team to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.
Secondary to the Section Leader role, will be your Principal Water Resources role where you will contribute to the delivery of technically complex water resources projects and programs across multiple markets including transport, mining, oil and gas, and public utilities.

- Relevant Engineering degree (or equivalent) and RPEQ Accreditation will be viewed favourably.

- Strong business acumen with proven ability to develop and lead business strategy and planning activities.
