Naval Group Australia has one singular focus - to design and build 12 state-of-the-art submarines for our country. To continue this work, we are now accepting expressions of interest from Mechatronic Engineers to join Australia’s Future Submarine Program.
The role will spend an initial 12 month period of on-the-job training in France and deliver the necessary sovereign capability requirement to Naval Group Australia upon return to Adelaide.
A Platform Land-Based Test Facility (PLBTF) is being designed and built to host early integration testing of diesel generator sets, batteries, electrical networks and the propulsion motor for the Future Submarine. The purpose of this job it to contribute the technical activities of the test system installed within this facility.
