We are seeking to appoint an accomplished Maintenance Manager at our Tasman Mill to provide direct leadership to the maintenance organisation by initiating, influencing and authorising change whilst providing direction for maintenance planning, execution, cost control and day to day maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will ideally have 10 plus years experience working in a manufacturing or heavy process environment. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels in the organisation. In addition, professionalism, exceptional project planning and problem solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent results are the key personal attributes we're looking for.
