Guide stakeholders to develop system verification cross reference matrixes, test plans, test cases, test procedures and data collection to support the acceptance of the FSP Combat System.
Ensure traceability between test scenarios and requirements.
Contribute to the preparation and conduct of test events including readiness reviews, test execution, defect processing and authoring test reports.
Ensure correct configuration of test environments, documentation, and test data.
Track and communicate integration and test metrics.
Oversee administration and technical support of Test Tools.
Creation and maintenance of tools and utilities to assist tester's efforts.
Generation of requirements and design for test support items.
Significant experience with formal Verification and Validation process, ideally in the Australian Defence environment
Significant experience defining verification cross reference matrixes, test plans, test cases and procedures
Significant experience in the elicitation and specification of system requirements, ideally using DOORS
Background in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering (or similar)
Limited experience with Model Based Testing
Limited experience with automated software/system testing
Limited engineering experience within maritime Defence programs
Special Requirements: Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance
