Connecting...
Graduate Rotation Program - Feb 2020
At Transurban Queensland, we work hard to stop congestion in our cities. Not only thinking about the here and now, we’re talking about connecting communities sustainably and intelligently into the future. We’re thinking about how we can reduce environmental impact and how technology, like autonomous vehicles, can deliver to make road travel smarter, and safer.
Our Assets Engineering team is driven to deliver excellence. They work hard to operate and maintain a $10B, 81 kilometre network of roads, tunnels and bridges across Brisbane, all critical transport corridors for South East Queensland.
As a graduate in our Assets Engineering team, you’ll be helping to connect people and places better, imagine that!
When you join Transurban, you can expect exposure to senior team members and industry specialists. We might be influencing the future of road travel globally, but we’re a small, friendly company at heart. You’ll find this out for yourself through the support of your buddy, mentor and managers and your time at regular networking events. You’ll discover the wider team are happy to answer questions - in fact, we’ll be asking for your input. Expect to be consulted: we value everyone’s ideas, and with curious, multi-talented people at every location, we’re not short on big ideas and diverse insights.
Program structure:
Over the course of 24 months, you’ll experience life in four different Transurban teams - based on your interests, qualifications and career ambitions. You'll deliver on projects that contribute to programs of work that contribute to broader business objectives. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all graduate program, so we’ll work with you to ensure you get the experience, training and certification you want. That could mean working interstate, or achieving chartered status. It could mean working on a critical project, or engaging in delivering work within Project Delivery, Technology, or Finance. It’s all down to you.
The talents you’ll bring:
Please note our Graduates must be either an Australian/NZ citizen, Australian permanent resident (or have full working rights with no limitations) and willing to undertake a National Police Check. The graduate program will commence February 2020.
Please include your CV, Cover Letter and Transcript in your application.
