What would I do?
As a Golder graduate, you will be working side by side with global engineering and environmental industry experts. You will learn from best-in-class engineers, scientists, project managers, and other technical specialists while working on a diverse range of stimulating and challenging projects.
From day one, you’ll be involved in our projects, supported by a mentor who will coach and guide you through the start of your career at Golder. You’ll also be part of a National Graduate Boot Camp, which will provide you with a solid foundation of technical skills and knowledge, practical training, and the opportunity to meet our Graduate community.

To become a Golder graduate, you will hold tertiary qualifications in either civil, geotechnical or environmental science/engineering, with an interest in ground engineering or environmental science. You will enjoy being in the outdoors and have an interest in travelling, as these roles involve both office-based and field-based work across a variety of sites.
You will be required to hold a valid Australian manual driver licence and have the right to work in Australia.
