The Opportunity
BDA's Structures and Build Capability is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Flight Performance Engineer to join the P-8 Through Life Support (TLS) team at RAAF Edinburgh, located near the City of Churches – Adelaide. The P-8A TLS Program is responsible for the support of the Australian Poseidon Maritime Patrol aircraft. Boeing's exciting and dynamic team supports the P-8 Poseidon fleet to achieve its mission of protecting and patrolling Australia's maritime interests.
BDA's Structures and Build Capability supports the delivery of world-leading defence products and services to the Australian Defence Force. We provide people, expertise, processes and tools to deliver Air Vehicle design, Specialty Engineering, Continuing Airworthiness and Production capabilities to meet program execution and company growth opportunities. Looking forward, Structures and Build will develop integrated capability roadmaps to meet the evolving need of our customers and our business both in Australia and internationally.

Experience/Qualifications
Tertiary Qualified in an Aeronautical related Engineering degree, sufficient to satisfy membership to IEAUST or Royal Aeronautical Society, at the Degree Qualified level.
Very strong in Aviation flight performance knowledge, skills and experience at a senior level. (Airline despatch/flight performance experience is highly desirable)
