Lendlease is currently searching for a Digital Engineering Manager to join one of their key business units, Integrated Solutions, based in our new Melbourne Quarter office.
Integrated Solutions combines our collective specialist and technical talent into a strong, networked group making expertise accessible to all of Lendlease. It brings together existing technical capabilities and other project specialists in the organisation, with the individuals and their respective regional teams forming a global network of skills and knowledge for Lendlease. We enhance our products and provide greater certainty for our development and delivery teams.
As Digital Engineering Manager, your primary responsibility will be to expertly influence business and digital strategy across our projects and functions to create value and competitive advantage in conversion, design, procurement and project execution across Lendlease. You will provide strategic advice on digital technology to a wide range of stakeholders across Lendlease as Building’s SME, in particular the Building and ICT leadership team members. You will support Building project teams and functions to better use information and technology to support the design, procure and deliver value chain; which will span in scale from small opportunities, to larger more complex offerings.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and credibility working with Digital and BIM technology and capability, preferably from the construction, engineering or architecture sector. You will have strong leadership, management and communication skills, with the ability to build key relationships with a range of stakeholders within the business. Ideally, you will have practical site experience focussed on digital design and construction.
