The Role
The Directorate of Logistics Plans - Army is responsible for providing support, advice and assurance to Land programs across the strategy, concepts and requirement setting phases of the Capability Life Cycle.

As Deputy Director Logistic Integration and Engineering you will be responsible for:

  • providing engineering support to concept demonstrations and land user evaluations
  • advise on technical and capability risks of equipment being considered by Army
  • support Land Program development of integrated logistic support concepts and plans
  • represent and coordinate Logistics Branch at working groups, integrated project team meetings and management forums
  • support land program development of Materiel Acquisition Agreement content

The Directorate of Logistics Plans - Army is a small team of logisticians and engineers providing advice and support to capability acquisition projects across the Land domain.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate would have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Systems Engineering
  • Defence acquisition either through work with Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) or Defence Industry
  • Technical risk management
