Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Building Services & Utilities Managers to work across some on Sydney’s most iconic high profile projects.

The role will encompass the management of the services components of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire and Vertical Transportation.
You will be required to manage design, liaise with local authorities, create trade package scope of works, provide input into the construction delivery and also be responsible for commissioning management and execution.
A relevant trade qualification or Engineering degree in a services discipline, extensive experience with Services/Utilities, strong delivery focus, and experience in delivering building projects.
You will also require experience in managing the design development process and delivering Design & Construct contracts.
