About the role

Coffs Harbour City Council has recently obtained significant State Government funding under the Fixing Country Bridges program which aims to replace a number of aging timber bridges on our local roads. As such, we are looking for a team of qualified professionals to undertake these works.

The Bridge Coordinator will coordinate the bridge construction program, including the supervision and coordination of staff, to ensure works are delivered on time and to budget. You will also oversee Council's precast manufacturing facility.

Please note, the successful applicant will be required, at times, to work outside the Local Government area.

About you

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Coordinator. If you have a Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision) and demonstrated comprehensive civil infrastructure construction experience, we want to hear from you!

Ideally, you will have significant experience in both precast manufacturing and bridge construction as well as experience in leadership, supervision and management of staff, suppliers and sub-contractors.
