Reporting to the Service Performance Manager, the position exists to provide exceptional service delivery across City West Water’s services; ensuring that the performance of City West Water's assets is optimised to deliver exceptional services to our customers now and into the future. The role is responsible for the development and oversight of annual preventative maintenance, condition monitoring and renewals programs across our water and sewer reticulation networks and facilities, to deliver services to customers that are safe, reliable and affordable.
The role positions City West Water for the future, enabling our service delivery to be agile, responsive and adaptive to changes in customer needs, technology and innovation. The position drives a culture that places customers first, focuses on high performance and developing our people, and is a leader across the Group to deliver on our Customer First Strategy.
