You may have thought video interviews was a millenial thing. And up until recently you were probably right. 

For obvious reasons, most of us have gone on a crash course in using Zoom, Skype, Hangout etc as we start working from home more than usual. Most corporate and agency recruiters are now using video to discuss employment oportunities with engineers and stay in touch generally.

Most recently, I attended AECOM's virtual recruitment day. It was easy to use, with relevant job content, informative webinars and current job vacancies well presented. 

In the current econmic uncertainty, there are less job ads being advertised. Now is a good time however to register to join the talent communities of many companies who are currently communicating with active and passive engineering job seekers.
