My client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Desktop Support person with 1-3 years experience to join their dynamic team. As the successful Desktop Support candidate you will be covering face to face, email and phone queries and issues.
Position responsibilities:
- systems support
- hardware support and configuration
- onsite and remote office support
- application installation
- provide support for presentations, video conferences ect
Position requirements:
- Windows NT/2000/XP experience
- MS office 2000/XP/2003
- 1-3 years in a similar face to face support role (MUST)
- Financial services or professional services work experience
- Experience with PDA's and blackberrys
- Australian permanent residency
CBD based
3 month contract
